Attending one of our regional formation practice clinics is not only a requirement for flying in the annual Mooney Caravan mass formation, it's also fun! Join one or more of our clinics to practice formation flying and meet other Mooney pilots.

Getting in touch with your local squadron is the best way to learn about upcoming events and formation opportunities. Our squadron leaders organize our regional practice clinics, and getting in touch with them will get you the best view of what's happening in your area. If you miss your local clinic or are otherwise unable to attend, your squadron leader can help you find other ways to practice and demonstrate proficiency in advanced of the Mooney Caravan to Oshoksh.

Best Coast clinics

The Best Coast Squadron partners with B2OSH to hold formation flying clinics in California open to both Bonanza and Mooney pilots. The two clinics listed below are B2OSH Clinics that will have several Mooney Caravan Safety Observers, and can be used to demonstrate proficiency for the Mooney Caravan. Note: you will need to click the 'Join' button on the event page to register as a member (it is free to register) on the B2OSH website. Once you have done that, then you can sign in and register for the events you'd like to attend.
