Mooney Caravan to Oshkosh XXVI is coming up! This page contains materials required for participation as a pilot. If you've flown in the Caravan in the past, you'll find much of the content familiar, but read on as we have improvements to our materials every year.
If you're flying PIC in the Caravan, read and understand our FAA LOA and the EAA AirVenture Notice. Our list of documents will expand as we get closer to Mooney Caravan XXVI.

Mooney Caravan XXVI Briefing Draft
This is the draft briefing deck used for Mooney Caravan XXVI. Contents subject to change. The briefing is conducted at 1700 local on Friday, July 19 and is mandatory for all pilots flying in the Caravan.
Mooney Caravan LOA
Our Letter of Agreement with the FAA describes the limitations and procedures for the mass formation flight from MSN to OSH.
All Mooney Caravan pilots must read and understand this document before the flight.
EAA AirVenture flight procedures Notice
EAA and the FAA have issued the 2024 flight procedures Notice (previously NOTAM). Even though our primary plan is to fly our own dedicated route, the Fisk arrival is a backup procedure for Caravan pilots and we must all be familiar with the airspace and procedures in use during our formation for situational awareness.
All Mooney Caravan pilots must read and understand this document and must also have this document in their airplane on the day of the event.
